Charges for Surveying Instrument Rental

The rental price for surveying instruments is generally calculated based on the original value of the equipment and its specified service life. However, due to variations between new and used instruments, internal rental rates are established after comprehensive consideration. Internal surveying equipment rental accounts shall be maintained separately. Rental fees shall be calculated based on calendar days from the day following the rental commencement date until the day before equipment return. Annual settlements shall occur at year-end. Upon project completion or dissolution of the project management department, both parties shall settle engineering testing costs according to the rental contract and settlement statement. Payment shall be made in full by check within one month of returning the equipment to Party A.
